The acceleration rate of the still-expanding universe is set perfectly to within a millionth of a percent for life to exist.

If the gravitational constant were off by a few one hundred thousandths, no stars would have ever formed, and there would be no life.

The carbon atom, crucial to all of life as we know it, resonates to within a million-millionths of the percent necessary for life to function.

Etc. etc. etc.

Alone among all of God creatures, He gave us human beings a rational soul, meaning that we can reason inductively. That is, we can take the information we learn about specific things and make the logical leap to more general understandings. Looking up at a beautifully starry sky, examining a life form under a microscope, observing the pure love between a mother and her baby -- any and all of these can open your heart to the fact that there simply must be an all-powerful God behind everything.

So the next time you ooh-and-ahh over a perfect sunset, or marvel that you were in the exact right place at the exact right moment for such-and-such to occur, ask yourself, “What are the odds that all of this is by mere chance?”
