. The Bible used by Catholics is not the same as was used written by Luther, KJV nor Protestant bible in general.

The book does the perfect job of explaining. These are rough notes as cliffs for myself. Do not trust these over book and of course Catholic Teaching .

. Note that the OT used by Catholics would be the same used by Christ in terms of text and has more books. Refer to the Septuagint.

. Rapture is not believed in by Catholics. Definition of said are varied among Protestant Christians. Author refers to it being a 1800s innovation

. Revelation the NT BOOK of Bible written by John of or in Patmos. Being then written before jewish temple is destroyed and Nero persecutes.

. Last public revelation book tied to Apostles.

. Author tries to capture the properties if you will of the anti Christ (heretofore AC) early on in summarization

. Before AC, The Gospel must have been spread as in preached throughout the world

. A kind of bulwark of the faith and people will have been thwarted ... tough to explain without reading book .... kata con before the AC

. A great apostacy will also have happened before the AC aka as falling away from Christianity ... woa

. to believe somehow the AC is not a true human being man is NOT Catholic belief

. to believe the AC as a man was conceived in non-fornication is incorrect

. the AC will be an Israelite ... this does not excuse un Christian behavior to Jews btw

. AC will deny that Jesus, Our Lord, the Christ is somehow not from God the Father and like He was not incarnated eg as perhaps best called God made man

. AC will be called by people the real Christ as in the real Messiah falsely .... we know Jesus Christ is the true Messiah of course as Christians

. worship of Christians and the Sacraments will be banned

. Jewish rules from Moses will be followed by AC ... for we Christians who do not know them if gentiles then circumcision was mentioned and kosher-ness

. AC will eventually sit in a rebuilt temple in Jerusalem or perhaps it may have said the false prophet will, hmmm

. AC will use a pseudo prophet to trick with 3 false miracles that appear only to be miracles ... book explains these 3 ... but big one will look like resurrection of the AC ... which makes it implied AC will be killed or die or look to have died

. battle of armageddon will happen

. Jerusalem will be destroyed.... does not mean this is where armageddon and gog magog events physically happen

. Jesus Christ, the True Messiah, Son of God will defeat the AC. Amen! Rejoicing ...

. The AC and false prophet and devil will be cast into the fire

. Jesus will judge the living and dead

These are my best recollections for my own personal cliff notes. As said the Catholic catechism and teaching is to be believed and the best info is the book -- not these notes.
